Absolutely blown away by the response to our raffle for a pair of Prada Linea Rossa sunglasses to raise funds for ACCORD Hospice, I genuinely thought it would take about a week to sell all 50 numbers - it took 2 hours !!

Well, what a response we got from the post yesterday about the new Ray-Ban Meta, we expected a a couple of enquiries but not the amount we got 🤯
Here are the models that are available (possibly missing one) and the case that comes with them - the case is charged and in turn it charges the glasses - the battery in the glasses lasts for 4 hours (depending on how much you use it) & one fully charged case will provide up to 32 hours of charging for the glasses - the glasses take 75 minutes from flat to full & 22 minutes from flat to 50% & the case takes 3.5 hours from flat to full 😎
The RRP on these is £299 and our price will be £270 - this does not include prescription or transition lenses - either sun or clear, but prescription & transition are available.
The first 3 will be in this week and the other 3 in 2 weeks but based on the amount of messages we might have to have them released early.
If you’d like to come in for a demo it has to be by appointment as at the moment I’m the only one that’s done the training so I have to be there.
We’ll keep you posted on the arrivals 😎

We had a demo of the new Ray-Ban Meta AI Glasses during the week & were blown away by them 🤯
You can make & receive calls, listen to music, record video, take pictures & the built in AI can give you directions & information & rumour has it it’ll be launching auto translate at the end of the year 😲
They’re available in sun, clear & transition lenses and also available in prescription 🤓
Someone has already asked “aren’t they a bit creepy ?” - glasses aren’t creepy they’re just glasses, only the person wearing it would be creepy 😂
We’ve ordered a few & they’ll be in stock at Abbey Mill from the middle of this week - even if you don’t intend to buy a pair you can still come in and have a nosey 😎

This is Mr Colquhoun, Mr Colquhoun got a phone call from us yesterday to let him know his glasses were ready and answered the phone shouting “MAKE ME A WINNER” because we’d phoned at the time that Clyde 1 were doing their calls…..he thought he’d won £110,000 😂
We don’t have £110,000 to give him but we have fully refunded the cost of his glasses to compensate for not winning the £110,000 & for giving us all a bloody good laugh 😂
We will also now NOT be phoning anyone between 3 & 4pm, it’s too expensive 😂😂

Lynn, Claire, Jill, Jill’s daughter, my sister & brother in law & myself are doing the Kiltwalk Mighty Stride - 23 miles from Glasgow Green to Balloch Park to raise funds for our amazing pals at ACCORD Hospice, as lots of you know Lynn’s mum passed away 8 years ago and spent her last weeks in a hospice…
It doesn’t matter whether you donate 10p or £10 every penny is appreciated.
